Overview

Dains Ireland is a partner-led chartered accountancy firm in Swords, Co. Dublin, part of the wider Dains UK & Ireland network. I led the engagement from the website rebuild through to the paid-search landing pages.

The Problem

A wide range of services, an audience in a hurry, and a firm for which credibility is the product. A busy business owner needs to recognise their situation quickly and know who to contact.

What I Did, And Why

I designed the nine service pages in Figma, and built a prototype for handover to developers. Why: a service page for an accountant has one job, which is to help an owner see their situation and get in touch.

I applied the Dains brand system instead of reinventing it. Why: for a firm selling trust, consistency across the website and the landing pages matters more than novelty.

I designed two Payroll landing pages, one for Irish SMEs and one for UK and international businesses working across the border. Why: those two owners arrive with different problems, so one page for both would speak to neither.

I turned the client's landing-page feedback into a single edit brief for the developers, covering copy, calls to action, testimonials, hero copy, form fields and navigation. Why: one document the developers can work through avoids a trail of scattered comments.
